Ashworth Are providING team clothing for the GB Team at this year’s deaflympics in tokyo

When the GB Team head to the first tee at this year’s Deaflympics in Tokyo, they will do so wearing crested golf clothing provided by Ashworth.  DeaflympicsGB are sending 100 athletes and support staff to Tokyo. They will participate across seven sports: athletics, cycling, football, golf, shooting, swimming and tennis. Ashworth is especially delighted to support the team as they receive very little financial support.

About Team GB

The five golfers heading to Tokyo include first timers Aiden Silman and Robbie Cameron. They join veteran Paul Waring who has won both World and European Deaf Individual Championships and Silver at 2017 Deaflympics.  The GB Team is completed by Karen Ellam and World and European Champion Lydia Ingman who will be clothed by ProQuip.

The Deaflympics is the second oldest multisport competition after the Olympic games. Around 3,000 deaf athletes representing 80 countries from around the world will be competing between 15th – 26th November in 21 different sports.
